Case studies

What actually runs at our customers

Not a card with three lines, but a story that starts with the problem and ends with what runs today. With the numbers we can account for, and a visible marker on everything that still has to be confirmed.

Four colleagues walk through a light office corridor along a glass wall, talking. Three of them carry a laptop under one arm; plants and a bench stand along the corridor.
What we can prove

Measured numbers, not round ones

The numbers on this page come from the systems running today and were measured on 20 September 2026: 74,136 products, 61,693 variants, 398,678 translation rows in eight languages, 426,573 decoration-technique rows, eight supplier feeds and fifteen live webshop environments. Nothing is estimated and nothing is rounded up — it is what the database held the moment we wrote this down.

What we do not have is here as well. For several cases the time per quote was never clocked and the number of proofs per month was never counted. We do not publish those numbers before someone has measured them, and every quotation in these stories is a draft the customer still has to approve word for word. So you can see exactly where the story stops and the open question begins.

The three largest projects

Where it has come the furthest

Three projects show the full picture: a distributor that went from four systems to one platform, a group of three companies on the same engine, and a manufacturer digitising its whole chain. They are at different stages, and we say so.

The other stories are listed below. Every case follows the same structure: the situation, the challenge, why us, how we did it together, the result and what runs today.

All case studies

Nine stories, one way of working

What the nine stories share: we did not start with a presentation but with a working environment in the customer's own branding, filled with their own products. After that the conversation was no longer about what a system might do, but about what was still wrong on screen.

The scale differs. For a distributor it is a sales environment with quotes and technique pricing, for a manufacturer a chain from supplier to print proof, for a salon a site that works on a phone. The approach is the same.

The numbers behind the stories

What the systems hold

These numbers were taken from the running systems on 20 September 2026 and belong to all the cases at once: it is the same catalogue that feeds the sales environments, the logo tool and the feeds to the trade.

Per supplier: New Wave 26,239 products, PF Concept 19,403, Mid Ocean 14,843, XD Connects 6,469, Toppoint 6,154, Spranz 758, Langenberg 244 and Moxz 26.

The proof

We built this before there was an order

Alongside the case studies there is a second kind of proof: the demo environments we built for prospects without any order in place. Working sales environments in their own branding, with their own range, often within days. On 20 September 2026 there are 24 of those demo environments on our server.

It is the one part of this site a competitor cannot rewrite. A presentation is a promise; a working environment on its own address is the proof of that promise. If you want to know what you get from us, you look here and not at a list of features.

We built this before there was an order. That is how you know what you get.

Two stories whose status is not settled yet

For two of these environments the text is ready, but it is not settled whether this is a live customer, a finished project or a prospect with a demo. Until it is, they belong here in the portfolio and not with the case studies above — and we do not name them, because here too building a demo unannounced is fine and publishing a name is not.

As soon as Wayne confirms the status and releases the name, they move to the list of case studies. The pages themselves are ready; what is missing is not text but a confirmation.

Would you like to see yours?

Tell us what you sell and to whom. Within a few working days there is a sales environment in your branding with your own products, on its own address. The design book and the technical analysis come with it, even if you buy nothing afterwards.

It costs you a three-quarter-hour conversation.
