You manage the copy of your shop yourself

Pages and company details per brand and per language. Change once, updated everywhere — including in your PDFs.

What it is

What this is about

The CMS manages everything that is copy and not a product: the fixed pages such as about us, privacy and terms, each with its own address and its own SEO fields. It does that per brand, because a company with three brands wants to tell three different stories on the same catalogue, and per language, so that a German visitor does not end up on a Dutch terms page.

It also holds your company details: name, address, phone, email, registration number, VAT number and bank details. Those details automatically fill the PDF documents the system produces. So you change your bank details once, not in eleven templates — and that is exactly the kind of change that otherwise surfaces months later on an invoice that is already with the customer.

The CMS module gives you full control over all content on your platform. Edit product descriptions, manage page layouts, handle translations and organize media assets.

Each tenant has own pages and company details. CMS manages this per brand.

Who it is for

Who we built this for

For the marketeer or sales support person who currently has to email a developer for every copy change, and for companies with several brands that do not want to rebuild every time. Also for administration: the details that must appear on every quote and invoice live here and nowhere else.

What you get with it:

Page management per brand
Company settings
Multi-tenant content
SEO settings
Brand customization
Document templates
What it does

What actually happens

A content system only becomes useful when it fills not just the site but the documents too. That is the setup here: the same source feeds your pages, your SEO fields and the header and footer of every PDF the system makes. A copy change is therefore not a separate action per channel but typing it once.

Pages per brand

Each brand has its own set of pages, in the same admin and on the same catalogue. A second brand is a configuration, not a second content system.

Multilingual per page

Today Dutch, German and English per page, with the copy of one brand separate from the next.

Draft and published

You work on a version the visitor does not see, and publish when it is ready. No half-finished copy live because someone was called away in the middle of it.

SEO fields per page and per language

Title and description per language, so a search engine finds something to read instead of the first line of your copy.

Company details as the source for documents

The company name in the header and footer of every PDF, the registration number in the invoice footer, the VAT number in the VAT calculation and the bank details with the payment information.

Addresses based on slugs

Pages are reachable through a readable URL and stay that way if you change the title, so a link from last year's newsletter does not break.

How it connects

How it fits with the rest

The CMS supplies the copy, the PIM supplies the product and the DAM side supplies the imagery. The E-commerce module, Portalen and Brand Sites all read it the same way, so a new brand site does not mean a new content system. Anyone opening a fourth environment only sets up the pages; the structure, the languages and the SEO fields are already there.

On the administrative side the PDF generator uses the same company details, so a change in the CMS appears in the next quote, order or invoice. The ERP module therefore does not have to know those details separately, and PDF Editor — which lays out the B2B documents — takes its header and footer from the same source.

What it delivers:

company_name appears in PDF header and footer.
company_kvk in invoice footer text.
company_btw for VAT calculation.
company_iban for payment details.

Want to see how fast a copy change reaches your PDF?

In the demo we change a company detail on your own pages and then produce a quote PDF. In one action you see where the details land, and what you therefore no longer have to maintain in eleven places.

Bring your current terms and your current invoice footer, so the difference shows on your own material instead of our example.
