Tens of thousands of articles, and still someone finds what they need in three seconds

A business sales environment on the same catalogue, with logo configuration on the product page and per-customer pricing.

A business sales environment with search results, filters and a quote list beside the cart.
What it is

What this is about

A business sales environment is something other than a consumer shop. Your customer does not buy one item but asks for 250 pieces with their logo, in three colours, for two weeks from now. That is why there is a quote list beside the cart, why prices apply per customer, and why search understands what someone means instead of only comparing exact words.

Everything the visitor sees comes straight from the PIM: price, stock indication, lead time and imagery. Everything they order goes to the ERP without anyone retyping it. Their logos stay in their account, so the second order is not a second upload — and in practice that is the difference between a customer who comes back and a customer who starts telephoning again.

Magic Commerce is the B2B e-commerce solution specifically built for the promotional industry. Tiered pricing, print specifications, setup costs and supplier integrations are built-in, not bolted on.

Customers log in, search products, configure print options and place orders. Everything integrated in one B2B platform.

Who it is for

Who we built this for

Distributors and wholesalers with an assortment too large to maintain by hand, and with customers who want a price before they order. Also for companies with several brands: a second environment is a configuration on the same catalogue, not a second system, so the second brand does not cost a second maintenance contract.

What you get with it:

Multi-tenant architecture
Tiered pricing and customer groups
Print techniques and setup costs
Supplier integrations
B2B checkout flow
Responsive design
What it does

What actually happens

What makes a B2B environment hard is rarely the shop window and almost always the details: the volume tier, the customer price, the decoration and the search. All four are built in here rather than bolted on, because they all need the same source.

Search and filter on your own data

By category, colour, price and technique, with filters that come from the PIM structure rather than being maintained by hand. Search also understands a plain-language description, so someone without the article number still finds it.

Live from the PIM

Price, stock indication, lead time and imagery come from the source. An article discontinued last night is not in the window today.

Magic Logo on the product page

The visitor places their logo, picks a technique and a position and sees the price straight away, without calling your sales desk.

Quote list beside the cart

Compose, request, and the quote comes back in the same environment. For those who do want to check out directly, the tier price applies at checkout.

Customer accounts with history

Login, order history, stored logos, invoices and quotes in one place. That is why a second order is faster than the first.

Prices and budgets per customer

Per customer, per brand or per location, with the volume tier calculated automatically and a budget a buyer cannot quietly pass.

Multilingual

The same environment in the languages of your markets, on the PIM translation layer with 398,678 records in eight languages.

How it connects

How it fits with the rest

The catalogue comes from the PIM, the copy from the CMS, the logo from Magic Logo, the orders go to the ERP and the customer records to the CRM. That sounds obvious and is not: in most companies the price sits in the ERP, the copy in the webshop and the photo in a folder on a network drive, which makes every change three actions with two chances of a mistake.

Do you want a separate environment with its own prices per customer or dealer? That is Portalen, on the same catalogue. Want to offer it under your customer's brand? That is Brand Sites. Both are the same engine with different settings, so an improvement reaches every environment at once.

Your own articles in a working environment, in your own branding

We set up an environment with your assortment and your colours, including search, filters and logo configuration on the product page. You click through it yourself before a cent has been spent.

Do you have a list of customer prices or a volume tier you apply by hand? Bring it, and you will see in the demo what is left of that manual work.
