Your salesperson knows what was going on before they call
Customers, contacts, opportunities and the full history of every request, including what happened in the sales environment.

What this is about
The CRM is where the relationship lives and the ERP is where the transaction lives. In the CRM you find the company, the contacts, the agreements made with them, the opportunities and the full history: which quotes were out, what was accepted, what was rejected and why.
Because the CRM sits on the same data as the sales environment and the quote module, your salesperson also sees what the customer did: which articles they viewed, which quote they requested and which logo they uploaded. That is the difference between calling with a name and calling with a conversation — and it spares the customer the feeling of having to tell their story for the third time.
Who we built this for
Companies where more than one person talks to the same customer. As soon as that is the case, knowledge either moves from a head into a system or it disappears with the first holiday. And for companies that want to follow up after a request: without recorded history, following up is guesswork about what was agreed last time.
Also for companies that are growing and notice the handover starting to creak: a salesperson leaving, a sales desk being expanded, a second location serving the same customers. At that point the question is not which CRM has the prettiest screen, but whether the history of a customer sits in one place and whether everyone who needs it is allowed to see it.
What actually happens
Below is what belongs to this module and what we see in the environments. Because there is no existing product page and no demo video for the CRM, this page is written more carefully than the others: what still needs confirming is stated as a reservation, not as a promise.
Companies and contacts
One customer file with all contacts, their role and their details, shared with the ERP module so a customer does not exist twice and nobody has to choose which version is the right one.
Opportunities in a pipeline
Which opportunities are open, in which stage, with what value and who owns them. What of this is in your environment today is something we show you in the demo.
Activities and notes
Calls, emails and appointments with the customer instead of in someone's mailbox. Whoever takes over the account can read back what was going on.
History from the sales environment
Viewed articles, requested quotes, uploaded logos and placed orders, all linked to the same file.
Documents with the customer
Price agreements, contracts and proofs with the customer instead of on a network drive where nobody knows the latest version.
Follow up on facts
A list of open quotes, sorted by value and age, comes from Magic Orb and lands here as a work list instead of a report.
How it fits with the rest
The CRM and the ERP module share the same customer. Quotes and orders live in the ERP — Sales sits there — and the CRM shows them in the context of the relationship. So a salesperson does not need two systems open to know what is running, and the administration does not have to create a customer that sales has only just entered.
The sales environment feeds the history, Magic Orb supplies the call list and Magic Agent can attach an incoming request to the right file. The CMS does not belong in this list, but the price agreements you record here are what a portal in Portalen shows after login.
Tell us how your sales are tracked today
We look with you at what currently sits in mailboxes, spreadsheets and heads, and show what of that can become a customer file. That conversation is about your own history, not a standard setup.
What we deliver afterwards is a proposal covering what is already possible and what we would have to build first. We would rather say that up front too.
