Your existing systems do not have to go
Every connection is a flow you can inspect, adjust and extend. No black box, no consultant needed.

What this is about
Not every client wants to replace everything, and there is no need to. Magic Connect links our parts to what you already have: your ERP, your accounting, your existing webshop, your carrier, your marketplaces and your suppliers. It works with flows: every connection is a series of steps you can inspect, adjust and monitor, with a log and with retries on failure.
A new system means a new flow — no rebuild and no migration. And per field we record who owns it, so two systems do not claim the same data at once. That last point is the most common cause of stock that does not add up: not an error in the connection, but two systems that both believe they keep the truth.
In the promotional industry, everyone works with different systems. Your ERP is different from your competitor's. Your webshop runs on a different platform. Your suppliers deliver data in different formats. And yet everything needs to work together. Magic Connect is the universal plug. No custom work per client, but a standardized flow architecture that communicates with every major layer: verkoopomgevingen and e-commerce platforms — WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, your own platform ERP systems — SAP, Exact, AFAS, Unit4, or your own solution Suppliers — product data, pricing, stock and artwork via API or file exchange Channels — WhatsApp Business, email, web widget, social media Production — FastEditor, printing systems, machine interfaces The Connector works with flows. Every integration is a flow you can customize, monitor and extend. No black box, no consultants needed. You see exactly what happens and when. And the best part: when a new system is added, you add a flow. No rebuild, no migration. Just a new plug in the socket.
Who we built this for
Companies with an ERP that stays, an accounting package that stays, or a webshop that cannot go yet. And companies that once had a connection built which nobody dares touch because the builder left and there is no log.
What you get with it:
What actually happens
The eight supplier connectors that fill the PIM run on this layer. That is also the best answer to whether it works: it keeps 74,136 products from eight different feeds current today, each with its own schema and its own quirks.
Connecting to existing webshops
WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or your own platform, so your catalogue comes from our PIM while the shop window stays — the one you have only just had built.
Connecting to ERP systems
SAP, Exact, AFAS, Unit4 or your own solution. Orders, articles, customers and invoices travel both ways instead of one.
Reading supplier data
Products, prices, stock and artwork through API or file exchange, with the same normalisation as the eight own feeds.
Connecting channels
WhatsApp, email, the widget on your site and social channels as sources of requests, so a request does not sit unread in a mailbox.
Connecting production
Fast Editor and the systems of your printer or engraver, up to the machine-ready file.
Flows you can see for yourself
Every integration is a flow with steps, conditions and error handling, with a log per run. You can see what happened when, even six months later.
Errors that report instead of stay silent
A failed exchange is retried and reported. Silence is the most expensive failure there is, because you only discover it when a complaint comes in.
How it fits with the rest
Magic Connect brings data in and out. Magic Workflow builds the bridges to systems for which no connector exists yet, including old ones without an API. Flowbuilder is where you draw the steps yourself. For agents, access runs through the MCP servers in Magic Orb, with read and write rights recorded per connection. That way there is one tool per purpose instead of one large integration layer in which nobody can find anything again.
Inside Magic Studio the PIM is where incoming data lands and the ERP module is where orders and invoices go. So what you connect shows up where you already expected it, not in a separate table only we can read.
Send us a list of your systems and we will say what exists
Per system you get one of three answers: there is a connector, there is a flow to build, or this goes through Magic Workflow. That inventory is useful even if you do not continue with us.
We will also say which system is better off remaining the owner of a field. Making that choice up front costs a conversation; making it afterwards costs stock that does not add up.
