What we know about agents, data and trade
Twenty recordings of our own environments, plus pieces you can forward to a colleague.

Writing down what we run into
We write down what we run into: how supplier feeds are put together, why print data is so often missing, what an agent can and cannot do, and what a migration really costs. No white papers full of open doors, but pieces you can forward to a colleague without having to type an explanation alongside.
And because watching is often quicker than reading, the recordings of our own environments are here too: twenty videos in which you see an agent at work on real data. So what is here really exists: six pieces you can open, twenty recordings that were actually made and twelve answers that are in the system. You never click through to a page that is not there.
Start with these three recordings
If you are looking for the first time, these three show the point quickest: a quote being built by an agent, a catalogue being maintained by an agent, and a report that comes out of the real figures.
Magic Studio ERP — Offerte met Magic Agent, logo en proefdruk
From request to a quote with logo and proof, with a person doing the checking.
Magic PIM — Catalogus beheren met de AI-agent
The agent fills in copy and flags anomalies, on our own catalogue.
Magic Orb — Live omzet-rapportage (YTD)
A question in plain language, an answer from the figures that are in the system today.
The six pieces you can read now
Below are the six pieces we have written down. These are the questions that come up in every first conversation and that we answer over and over from our own experience. That answer is now on paper properly, once, with the numbers alongside, so you can read it back instead of having to take our word for it.
Each piece can be read without calling us first, and forwarded without having to type an explanation alongside. What we cannot back up is marked visibly inside the piece rather than slipped into a sentence — even when that means a figure is missing where you expect one.
The eight supplier feeds dissected
Who supplies what, in which format, and where it goes wrong. With the real counts: New Wave 26,239, PF Concept 19,403, Mid Ocean 14,843, XD Connects 6,469, Toppoint 6,154, Spranz 758, Langenberg 244 and Moxz 26.
Why your print proof is off
Print areas, sizing and the trap of old PDFs — why an item ends up too small in the drawing as soon as the format of the source file differs.
From chatbot to agent: what MCP changes
What an agent may request, what it may write and why the approval step is not a setting but a design decision.
Eight languages in your catalogue without a translation agency
How 398,678 translation lines come about, and what happens when a supplier does not deliver a language.
What a migration from your current shop really costs
The count we make up front and the items people forget.
What PPWR asks of you
Which packaging data you have to collect and why a portal does that faster than an exchange of emails.
The twenty demo recordings that exist
These are all the recordings that exist and have been published, made in our own environments and with our own data. None are added without a recording actually having been made, so there is nothing here that only appears on a wish list. Every video opens on the demo recordings page, where you can play it straight away.
They are grouped by subject, so you can pick where your question sits: the chain from request to purchase order, the product data, reporting from Magic Orb, the logo on the product, the agents in their channels or the sales environment itself. Watching costs you a few minutes per recording and says more than a presentation.

The twelve questions that are in the system today
These questions and answers come from the CMS and are maintained there, in four groups: general, Magic Logo, Magic Agent, and invoicing and payments. If an answer changes there, it changes here too. So there is never a question here that somebody added to the text of this page.
If your question is not listed, that is not an oversight but a gap we want to fill. Ask through the form; if a question comes up more often, it ends up in this list. That way the list grows with what you actually ask and not with what we think you ask.
