Shall we build your demo?
Tell us what you sell and to whom. Within a few working days there is a working environment in your own branding with your own articles.

Tell us what you sell, and to whom
The more you can put below, the shorter the first conversation needs to be. A few lines are enough: which range you sell, to whom, and where it currently gets stuck. That last one is the most useful field on the form, because it tells us where to look before we call you. We need your name and phone number; the rest helps but is not required.
If you also fill in your current website, we will have made the technical analysis and the start of the design book before we speak. That is not an extra service you have to ask for: it is how we prepare. In the first conversation you then see your own colours, your own articles and your own figures on screen instead of a presentation with somebody else's products in it.
Three things we fix up front
Asking for a demo should cost nothing and start nothing you will regret later. So the three things most people wonder about are settled here in advance, so you do not have to ask. They apply whether this becomes a fifteen-minute conversation or a year-long project, and they apply just as much if you decide we are not the right fit.
What you do get back is work we have already done before any order exists: a working environment in your branding, a design book and a technical analysis of your current site. On 20 September 2026 there are 24 demo environments on our servers built in exactly that way. That is how we sell, and it is also a filter.
What happens once you press send
No automated email sequence starts and no salesperson is waiting to call you today. What does happen is below, step by step, with the time it normally takes. The demo usually takes five working days; the first call takes three quarters of an hour and is about your work, not about our features.
You see something concrete at every stage. First the design book and the technical analysis, then the working environment on its own address that you can click through and forward to a colleague. If you do not like it you keep the documents and it costs you nothing. If you do, you know what it looks like and how it works before the first invoice.
An answer within one working day
From a person who has read your message, not an acknowledgement with a ticket number.
We look at your site and your range
From that we make the design book — your colours, typefaces, imagery and the elements of your pages — and the technical analysis of your current environment.
We call for three quarters of an hour
To hear what you sell, to whom and where it gets stuck. No presentation; a conversation about your work.
We build the demo on your own articles
Usually five working days. Your branding, your articles, your menu, on an address you can forward.
You click through it and decide
If you do not like it you keep the documents and it costs you nothing. We ask once whether you have had a look.
You may not need to start here
Not every message belongs on this page. If you only want a price, you can request a quotation directly without doing a demo first. If you are already a customer, Support and Customer Service have someone who knows your environment — they will help you faster than this form. And if you think something is down, the status page shows how the environments are doing before you need to call anyone.
The three questions below are the ones we get almost every time before someone calls. They are here with the answer we would give in the conversation, including the part we do not know. We would rather quote a number after the count we make during the exploration than before it.

Shows how the environments are doing.Do I have to replace everything at once?
No. Most customers start with the product data or with one module, and connect the rest via Magic Connect. We would rather take a step that works than a plan that looks good.
We already have a web shop — is this for us?
Often it is. Your shop window can stay where it is while the catalogue, the quotations and the price rules underneath move across. That is exactly what Magic Connect is for.
How long before something is up?
The demo usually takes five working days. How long the real environment takes depends on your data, and we can only say that after the count we make during the exploration. We would rather quote a number after that count than before it.
Rather pick a moment right away?
The planner shows our diary and you pick a time yourself. No waiting for a call back, and you know straight away where you stand.
