TOOL · MAGIC WORKFLOW

Even your system from 1998

For any ERP, any old database and any external API — with an AI layer that understands what arrives.

What it is

What this is about

Magic Connect has ready-made connections; Magic Workflow is for everything beyond them. An ERP that can only drop files in a folder, an old database without an API, a supplier sending a fixed export layout: this is where the bridge is built, with an adapter per case instead of one connection layer that has to do everything.

What sets it apart from a classic connection is the AI layer. A classic connection puts field A into field B and stops as soon as something unexpected arrives. With an AI layer a file can still be read when the columns have shifted, a deviating value can be flagged instead of passed on, and a message can be routed on content. This tool runs with us as our own service.

Magic Workflow uses Magic Workflow to automate complex business processes. From order processing to supplier communication, from email triggers to database updates — everything runs automatically.

Traditional integrations are rigid. With AI-powered Magic Workflow workflows, any system can communicate with any other system.

Who it is for

Who we built this for

Companies with a system their vendor says cannot be connected, and companies doing manual exports and imports because that is how it has always gone. If someone downloads a file every Monday morning and reads it in somewhere else, this page is about that half hour.

What you get with it:

Visual workflow builder
Connect any system
AI-powered automation
Email triggers and actions
Database operations
Webhook integrations
What it does

What actually happens

Building a bridge is not the hard part; keeping it standing when the other side changes is. That is what the AI layer is for: it reads what arrives instead of blindly trusting column three, and it reports what it does not understand.

Connecting to ERP systems

SAP, Exact, AFAS, Unit4 and others, in both directions, so orders and invoices do not only travel one way.

Bridges to old systems

Old databases, file exchange and home-grown software, with an adapter per case.

Any external API

REST, SOAP or GraphQL, from suppliers, carriers and services, also when the documentation falls short.

AI that understands the content

A file that is slightly different from last week is still processed, and a deviation is reported instead of passed on.

Intelligent routing

Deciding on content where something has to go, instead of on a fixed field that stops matching at the first exception.

Taking over manual exports

What someone does every Monday becomes a task that is finished at five in the morning.

Parts

Every integration, every direction

From old to new, from internal to external, from simple to complex. Magic Workflow builds the bridge you need.

How it connects

How it fits with the rest

Magic Workflow provides the connection; Flowbuilder determines what happens with the data next; Magic Connect is the layer with the ready-made connections. The data lands in the PIM or in the ERP module, so where you were already looking for it, and not in an intermediate table only we can read.

Agents reach that same data through the MCP servers in Magic Orb, with rights recorded per connection. So an agent can report on a system that has no API of its own — the bridge is here, the access rules are there, and both can be inspected without us.

What it delivers:

ERP data synchronized in real-time.
Legacy exports processed automatically.
AI interprets and corrects data.
One platform for all integrations.

Name the system you think cannot be connected

We will say what it takes: an existing connector, a flow or a custom adapter. And we will say when it is not worth it, because a bridge to a system that leaves next year is money thrown away.

If someone does manual exports at your company, bring one of those files. One conversation is enough to see what can be automated.
