Promotional products: the craft is in the decoration, not in the system

Anyone selling promotional products sells two things at once: a product and a decoration. The product comes from a supplier, with its own data, photography and lead times. The decoration comes from a technique, with its own price breaks, set-up costs and a maximum number of colours.

How can we help?

Two sources, one price, and no more spreadsheets

Every quote is therefore a calculation across two sources, and in most companies that calculation lives in spreadsheets and in the heads of experienced colleagues. That works until it gets busy, or until someone is on holiday.

We build the software that supports this craft: product data from every major supplier, refreshed nightly; a logo that appears on the product straight away with the right technique and price; and quotes that calculate themselves. So your people keep time for the conversation with the customer.

Product data you can trust

Every supplier delivers differently: one a 200 MB JSON feed, the next an Excel file per brand. Our PIM pulls those feeds in, aligns them and keeps them current.

Colours, sizes, EANs, lead times and imagery come together in one source, in eight languages, every night. Your sales environment then shows what is really there, not what was there last month.

The logo straight onto the product

Your customer uploads a logo and sees it on the bottle, the bag or the shirt immediately, on the right print area and at true size. Technique and price are included, set-up costs and all.

What the customer sees is the same drawing the printer receives. No two-day wait for a proof that is not even an order yet.

Quotes without retyping

A quote is made up of items, decorations, price breaks and margins. With us those rules sit in the system instead of in a spreadsheet: pick a technique and the price follows.

An accepted quote becomes an order without anyone retyping a line, and you can always look back at the purchase price a quote was based on.

A sales environment that handles your range

Tens of thousands of items, filters that work, search that understands what someone means, and a quote list instead of a shopping cart, because nobody in this trade orders blind.

With customer-specific pricing, brand portals and budgets wherever those are needed.

Back office, ERP and invoicing

From order to purchasing to invoice in the same chain. Purchase order to the supplier, print instruction to the printer, invoice to the customer: one flow, with no stops in someone's mailbox.

Agents that take over work

A request arriving by email is worked out by an agent into a draft quote: item found, technique chosen, price break applied, proof created.

Your sales desk reviews it and sends it. The agent prepares, the human decides.

Value proposition

Technology that follows the craft, not the other way round

Most off-the-shelf packages were built for shops that sell boxes. That does not work here: your price depends on a price break, a technique, a number of colours and a set-up cost, and your catalogue changes daily because eight suppliers update their feed. We built our software inside this trade rather than adapting it afterwards, which is why print data sits at the heart of the system instead of in a remarks field.

It is also why an agent can draft a quote here: through MCP it genuinely reaches your product data, your techniques and your pricing agreements. And it is why we start a conversation with a working demo in your own branding, filled with your own items, rather than a presentation. You see what you get within days instead of having to believe it.

What sets MagicEverse apart?

Four things you will not get elsewhere

Every software supplier promises less manual work and more overview. These four points are what that means here.

They apply to every project, whether you start with one module or the whole platform.

1

We show it instead of telling it

Before every conversation we build a working demo in your own branding, with your own items, on its own address. That takes us days, not weeks, and you also get the design book and the technical analysis of your current site — even if you buy nothing.

2

One platform instead of ten separate tools

Product data, e-commerce, the logo tool, quotes, orders and invoicing all run on the same foundation. An item therefore exists once and a price is the same everywhere. That saves work, but above all it saves arguments.

3

Agentic, with a human in control

Our agents do real work: searching, calculating, drafting, preparing. Through MCP they are connected to your systems. But there is always an approval step between the agent and your customer. You decide what goes out.

4

We know this trade

We know what a print area is, why a set-up cost counts per colour and why a supplier feed arrives at five in the morning. That knowledge sits in the product, not just in the conversation.

Send us one feed and one item with a logo

We will show you what is left of your data once it has been through the PIM, and what the print proof looks like. After that we build a working environment in your branding with your own items, within a few working days.

You keep the design book and the technical analysis, even if you buy nothing afterwards. Prefer to talk it through first? Ask through the form and you will hear from us the same day.
