A price per part of your business
MagicEverse consists of five lines and you only pay for the ones you use: e-commerce, PIM, ERP, Magic Logo and Connect.
You pay for the lines you actually use
Most vendors sell one large package of which you use a quarter. We cut it into five lines. E-commerce is the webshop with the packages SPARK through UNIVERSE, including product data, your own design, Magic Logo and the 3D tool. Beside it sit the PIM, ERP, Magic Logo by volume and Connect, each with its own rate.
Take several lines together and we price it as a package rather than as the sum of the parts. What you do not need today you leave switched off; switching on takes a month.
The webshop with the packages SPARK through UNIVERSE. Product data, your own design, Magic Logo and the 3D tool are in every package.

There is no surprise in our price and no negotiating margin we are holding back. You pick a package, you add what you use, you get a fixed amount for the setup up front, and the demo costs you nothing.

Based on the supplier feeds, brand sites and AI credits you need: SPARK, STELLAR, GALAXY or UNIVERSE.
Add what you use
ERP, Magic Agent, extra Magic Logo volume, AI packs or WhatsApp. Switching on takes a month.
One-off setup
Implementation, migrating your data and the integrations. We give a fixed amount up front; it never shows as zero on your quote.
The demo is free
So are the design book and the technical analysis of your current site, even if you buy nothing afterwards.
Put together your own package
Your selection sits on the right of the screen. Pick a package above, a version of the ERP, a volume for Magic Logo, a part of Connect or an extension, and that line appears in the drawer with its amount counted in. On a phone the same selection sits at the bottom of the screen.

What customers ask us about the price
Yes. Up takes a month; down happens at the end of the contract period.
One supplier whose product data we read in daily, for example PF Concept or XD Connects. Ten feeds means ten suppliers in your catalogue.
An extra shop or portal on the same catalogue, with its own design and its own address.
The use of agents and AI features: enriching copy, translating, searching and preparing quotes. When they run out you add an AI pack.
Yes, in every package. More volume starts at € 79 a month.
How we invoice
No surprises afterwards. What is below also goes into your quote — there with your own amounts, worked out from the selection you make here.
- On signing: 50% up frontOn the one-off costs — configuration, implementation and moving your data across — and, if you pay annually, on the first annual subscription as well. That is what we start building your environment on.
- On delivery: the other 50%As soon as your environment is up and you are working in it yourself. If it takes longer than planned, that instalment moves with it; we invoice against a delivered environment, not against a date.
- After that: the subscriptionIf you pay annually, each year up front, with the discount you see on the cards. If you pay monthly, per month, and then the subscription starts on delivery — not on signing.
All amounts exclude VAT; payment within fourteen days. This is how we usually do it, not a law: if your situation is different we agree something else and it goes into the quote.
