Connected suppliers
Product information, images, prices and stock come in daily and are brought into line. Today that is eight suppliers, with 74,136 products and 61,693 variants in the PIM, in eight languages.

Eight feeds in, one catalogue out
MagicEverse connects directly to the largest suppliers of promotional products. Today that is eight suppliers. Your catalogue is updated every night: product information, images, prices and stock. Today it holds 74,136 products and 61,693 variants, in eight languages. This is not an export somebody loaded in once, but a connection that keeps running: what your sales environment shows tomorrow comes from last night's feed, not from a file from last month.
In practice the same thing happens every night. Each supplier's connector collects its feed — for one a JSON file of two hundred megabytes, for another an Excel sheet per brand or an API per language. That data is normalised: colour names into one list, sizes into one standard, images onto the right variant, print areas onto the right technique. The result then goes into the log, so the next morning you can see what was added, changed or discontinued. If a feed fails it raises a warning instead of quietly leaving yesterday's prices in place.
Direct connections with continuous synchronisation
Every supplier has its own connector, its own schema and its own loop. There is no intermediary and no manual step between the supplier and your catalogue: the feed arrives where it belongs and the connection keeps running without anyone switching it on at night. If a supplier starts delivering differently than last month, we change that one connector and the rest of your environment never notices.
Product information, images, prices and stock kept current
Product texts, images, purchase and sales prices with their volume tiers, stock levels and the print data per variant all arrive in the same night. That last part is what most systems turn into a free text field: which area, which technique, which maximum size, which position and which price. Here those 426,573 technique rows sit in the source, so Magic Logo and the quotation module can calculate with them instead of guessing.
New suppliers added on request
If your supplier is not listed, we build the connector for it. First we look at what it actually delivers — which format, which languages, which images, which print data — and then we tell you what can and cannot be taken from that feed. We would rather have that conversation up front than have you discover in three months that a field you need was never in the feed at all.
Eight suppliers, refreshed every night
Below is the number of articles each supplier has in the PIM today. These are figures from the running systems, counted on 20 September 2026, not estimates or rounded sales numbers. They move: a supplier cleaning up its range goes down, a supplier delivering a new collection goes up. So this is the state at that moment and not a promise about tomorrow.
The eight counts add up to exactly 74,136 products, the same number used elsewhere on this site. That the two largest feeds together fill more than half the catalogue says something about where the work is: a small supplier with 26 articles costs almost no processing, a feed of 26,239 articles needs its own pace and its own checks. That is why each feed has its own loop and its own line in the log.
| Supplier | Articles |
|---|---|
| New Wave | 26,239 |
| PF Concept | 19,403 |
| Mid Ocean | 14,843 |

As at 20 September 2026, counted in the PIM. Alongside these sit 61,693 variants, 398,678 translation rows in eight languages (nl, en, de, fr, es, it, pl and cz) and 426,573 technique rows.
The refresh, and the log with it
A connection that works well is one you never notice. That is what the log is for: per night you see what was added, what changed, what was discontinued and what went wrong. An article leaving the range does not vanish from your sales environment without a trace; a changed purchase price does not stay unnoticed for three weeks; a photo that cannot be matched to any variant lands on a work list instead of quietly disappearing. That is the difference between a catalogue that is current and a catalogue you hope is current.
And when a feed fails, it fails audibly. That is deliberate. A supplier can be down for a night, a schema can change, a file can break off halfway — in all those cases the connector raises a warning instead of quietly leaving yesterday's prices in place. So you know something is wrong before a customer sees the wrong price, and we know where to look: at that one connector, not across your whole environment.
The feed comes in
Each connector collects what the supplier delivers at its own moment and its own pace: a JSON file, an Excel sheet per brand or an API per language. Nothing is overwritten before the whole file has arrived.
Normalising and matching
Colour names from eight suppliers go into one list, so a filter for “blue” also finds what the supplier calls “royal”. Sizes are standardised, variants are hung under their base SKU and images are matched to the right colour.
Prices, texts and print data
Purchase and sales prices with their volume tiers are updated, translation rows are filled in and the technique rows per variant are refreshed. If a supplier does not deliver a language, the sales environment falls back to English instead of showing an empty field.
That night's log
Added, changed, discontinued, failed — per feed, per night, there to read back. It is also the first thing we open when you call, and usually the last thing you need to know whether it was the feed or something else.
What does not work today
We would rather say this now than have you find out in three months on a Spanish product page with Dutch text. Eight feeds from eight companies means eight ways of delivering data, and in two places that does not currently work as it should. Neither is unsolvable and neither blocks your environment, but you hear it from us and not from your customer.
Beyond that: we can only pass on what a supplier delivers. If a field is missing from the feed it is missing from our source too, and we will not fill it in ourselves with something that looks about right. What can be taken from it is counted during the exploration: how many articles, how many variants, how many images and how many languages. That count tells you what to expect, and only then do we quote a number.
Thousands of articles in one action
A feed never delivers exactly what you want to sell. It contains articles you do not want in your range, categories named differently than yours, margins that differ per brand and texts you would rather write yourself. That is what bulk editing is for: changing product properties on thousands of articles in one action, dragging and dropping categories, applying price calculations across a whole group, publishing to every channel at once, and importing and exporting via CSV and API.
These are the same articles that arrive at night, so your edits and the refresh do not fight each other: what you fix stays fixed when the feed comes past. That way you keep the benefits of a continuous connection without having to adopt your supplier's catalogue unchanged.
Are you a supplier?
We are glad to add new suppliers. Send us your feed or an export of your articles and you get back what remains of that data once it has been through the PIM: how many articles, how many variants, how many images, how many languages and which print data is usable.
Get in touch to discuss the options. Rather have a quick call than email about calendars? That works too; the number is right here.
