74,136 products, 8 languages, refreshed every night
Eight supplier feeds in, one catalogue out. With imagery, print areas and copy at variant level.

De que se trata
Every supplier delivers differently: one a 200 MB JSON feed, the next an Excel file per brand, the third an API per language. The PIM collects those feeds, aligns them, links variants and keeps the catalogue current. Colour names are normalised, sizes standardised and images attached to the right variant. What your sales environment shows is what exists today, not what was in last month's export.
The DAM side keeps all imagery alongside it: the original supplier photo, the cut-out version and the crops per channel, linked per variant. Today it holds 74,136 products and 61,693 variants, with 398,678 translation records in eight languages and 426,573 technique rules for print areas and techniques.
Magic PIM is waar alle leveranciers-connectoren samenkomen.
For anyone with more than one supplier and more than one channel. With two suppliers and one webshop you can keep up by hand. With eight suppliers, eight languages and three channels you cannot, and then the same thing always happens: someone makes an export, that export starts living its own life, and six months later nobody knows which file is the truth.
O que fica a ter com isto:
O que acontece na prática
The PIM is not an archive but a conveyor belt with a log. Every night the feeds come in, are compared with what was there, and the next morning you see what was added, changed or discontinued. A feed that fails reports itself instead of quietly leaving yesterday's prices in place.
Eight supplier connectors
New Wave (26,239 articles), PF Concept (19,403), Mid Ocean (14,843), XD Connects (6,469), Toppoint (6,154), Spranz (758), Langenberg (244) and Moxz (26). Each feed has its own connector, schema and schedule.
Linking and normalising variants
An article has a base SKU with variants per colour and size. Colour names from eight suppliers are reduced to one list, so a filter for blue also finds what the supplier calls royal.
Price management with volume tiers
Purchase and sales prices per article, with volume tiers, and a sync with the supplier so a changed purchase price does not go unnoticed for three weeks.
Multilingual copy
398,678 translation records across 61,693 variants in eight languages: nl, en, de, fr, es, it, pl and cz. If a supplier does not deliver a language, the sales environment falls back to English rather than showing an empty field.
Print data at variant level
426,573 technique rules: which area, which technique, which maximum size, which position and which price. This is where most PIM systems use a free text field, and exactly what Magic Logo and the quote module rely on.
Category tree
One category structure that carries the navigation and the filters of your sales environment, with articles from eight suppliers in it.
Imagery per variant
Photos linked to the right colour, cut out where needed, with a fixed crop per channel. A photo without a variant lands in a work list instead of disappearing.
Daily sync with a log
Per night you see what was added, changed, discontinued and what went wrong. Silence is the most expensive failure there is, so a failing feed reports itself.
De que é feito
Leveranciers Sync
The automatic import. Every connector fetches its own feed at its own pace and records in the log what was added, changed and withdrawn.
Prijs Manager
Purchase and sales prices with volume tiers, per supplier and per customer agreement. When a supplier changes a price, you see what it does to your margin.
Categorie Editor
The category tree, with drag and drop. One article can sit under several branches without appearing twice in the catalogue.
Techniek Config
Print techniques with positions and prices: which area, which technique, which maximum size. This is the layer Magic Logo and the quote module rely on.
Agentic Assistant
The agent that works alongside you in the PIM: completing and translating copy, flagging missing fields, proposing categories and spotting anomalies in supplier data. You approve; the agent does the groundwork.
Como se liga ao resto
The PIM is the source. The E-commerce module displays from it, Magic Logo calculates with its print areas, the ERP module takes purchase prices from it, Magic Connect pushes feeds out of it and Magic Agent searches in it. Switch off the PIM and the rest stands still — which is the point: one place where a mistake is made and one place where it is fixed.
The Agentic Assistant reads along with every synchronisation. It completes and translates missing copy, proposes categories, normalises colour names and sizes, and flags anomalies in supplier data: a price that doubles, a field that empties, an article that disappears without notice. It does none of this quietly — every proposal lands in a work list and a human approves. The agent does the work; you decide what enters the catalogue.
That is why every AI project here starts in the PIM: an agent is only as good as the product data it can reach. If the variants are wrong, the print areas are missing or the copy is monolingual, you build an agent that talks nonsense fluently. Data first, agent second.
O que traz:
Honest about the limits
XD Connects always returns the same language through the feed URL, whichever language you request; separate feeds per language are needed for that. At Toppoint the translation link is stalled on a missing key. We would rather say so now than have you find out in three months on a Spanish product page with Dutch copy.
That is also the pattern you can expect from us with a new supplier: first a count of what is really in the feed, then a list of what is missing, and only then a date.
Send us one supplier feed and we will count it
We show you what is left of your data once it has been through the PIM: how many articles, how many variants, how many languages are really filled and where print data is missing. That is a count, not a presentation.
Afterwards you know two things you do not know now: how complete your catalogue really is, and what work is needed before a visitor can get a price out of it.
