See where your margin goes, not just what you sold
Revenue, receivables, VAT and the full document chain. And the MCP servers that let your agents reach those figures.

De que se trata
Magic Orb is the reporting layer of Magic Studio, and it is more than a set of charts. It shows the financial state of your company: revenue per month in gross, credit notes and net, which invoices are outstanding and how old they are, the VAT totals per code for the return, and the outstanding amount per customer. On top of that it follows the document chain: from quote to order to invoice to credit note to payment, readable per customer.
Magic Orb also holds the MCP servers. That is the layer through which an agent may request your data, with the read rights and the write rights recorded per connection. It lets you ask for a report in plain language instead of setting up a filter first: 'give me the top five products against the top five customers this year' is exactly what happens in one of the demo recordings. MCP belongs to this module and is not a separate product.
Para quem construímos isto
The director who wants to know where the margin goes, the controller who has to file the quarterly return, and the sales manager who wants to know which quotes are worth a call. For the bookkeeper too: the overviews he asks for every quarter are already there. In short: anyone who today waits for someone else to produce an export before a question can be answered.
O que acontece na prática
The figures come out of the ERP module and out of the sales environment, and that is the whole point here. This is not reporting on a copy of your data, which is why it never says something slightly different from the bookkeeping: what you see here traces back to an order and an order line.
Revenue KPIs per month
Gross revenue, credit notes and net revenue side by side, with the month-on-month comparison, so a dip is a month and not a feeling.
Receivables by age
Split across 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90-plus days. That is the overview that shows which customer needs attention before it becomes a problem.
VAT overview per tax code
The rates separately, with the totals that have to go on the return, so filing is not arithmetic in a spreadsheet.
Customer balances
The outstanding amount per customer, with the invoices underneath, so a phone call about an amount does not need a search first.
Following the document chain
Quote to order to invoice to credit note to payment, per customer, so the question where an amount comes from costs one click and not an afternoon.
Reports in your mailbox
At a fixed moment, with the figures you want to see, so you do not have to log in for them.
De que é feito
The reporting layer
The financial overviews themselves: revenue, receivables, VAT and customer balances, on the same data your administration works with.
The work lists
The outstanding quotes produce a call list for sales, sorted by value and age. A report that makes you pick up the phone is worth more than a report you read.
The MCP servers
The standardised connection through which an agent may query and report. What may be read and what may be written is fixed per connection.
Como se liga ao resto
The figures come from the ERP module and from the sales environment; the articles and the margins come from the PIM. The call list from the outstanding quotes goes to the CRM, so a signal from the reporting lands somewhere a person can act on it. That keeps reporting part of the work instead of a separate overview printed at the end of the month and left on a desk.
The MCP servers in Magic Orb are what Magic Agent uses to reach your data, and they are also how we connect to an ERP you already run. If you would rather not replace it, we connect instead: your data stays where it belongs and the agent gets exactly the rights you give it, recorded per connection rather than agreed again in every conversation.
Ask for your own revenue report in plain language
In the demo you ask the question the way you would ask a colleague, and see what comes back. That is the fairest test there is: a reporting layer that does not understand your question is one you will not use.
Bring the overviews you request every quarter. We show which of them are already here, which we would have to add, and which come out of the ERP module rather than out of this one.
