Articles, categories, colours and prices in one place

The start of the chain: what is right here is right in the PIM, in the sales environment and in Magic Logo.

Czym to jest

O czym to jest

Image Browser is the admin environment for the master data of your articles. Here you edit SKUs and variants, assign categories, import price lists and map colours — the latter per supplier and per variant, because every supplier uses its own colour names. Bulk imports from suppliers arrive here, so you do not work article by article.

Where Image Editor is about imagery and print areas, Image Browser is about the data: which article exists, in which variants, in which category and at what price. It is the start of the chain, so a mistake made here reaches the PIM and then the shop window — and a mistake fixed here disappears from every channel at once.

The person who maintains the catalogue and the buyer who processes price lists. Also for anyone doing a migration: a new supplier arrives here before it reaches the shop window.

Co to robi

Co dzieje się w praktyce

With tens of thousands of articles the question is not whether you can change a field but whether you can change two hundred at once. That is what this tool is built for: bulk import, bulk editing and a colour mapping that works across eight suppliers.

Editing articles and variants

SKUs, variants and product data, with the base SKU as the link between variants.

Assigning categories

Placing articles in the tree that carries the navigation and filters of your sales environment.

Importing price lists per supplier

A new purchase list is read in rather than retyped, with the volume tiers included.

Mapping colours per supplier and per variant

The supplier's colour name onto your own colour list, so a filter works across eight suppliers.

Bulk edits

Changing a property on hundreds of articles at once, instead of repeating the same action hundreds of times.

Configuring logo placement

Marking which articles are ready for Magic Logo and which still need work, so you have a work list instead of a feeling.

Jak to łączy się z resztą

Image Browser is the start of the chain: the data here goes to the PIM and from there to the sales environment, to Magic Logo and to the ERP module. The eight supplier connectors deliver into the same structure, so a manual correction and an automated feed do not get in each other's way.

Image Editor works on the same articles but on the imagery and print area side. Fast Editor and the PDF tools join at the end of the chain, at production. So each step has one place: data here, imagery there, print preparation after that.

Show us how your article management works today

We walk through one supplier with you: how the list arrives, what happens by hand and what of that can be done in bulk. Usually half the work turns out to be an action someone repeats every month.

Bring a price list you processed recently. Then you will see in the demo what would have been left of that afternoon.
