By using the Magic e-VERSE WhatsApp Agent Demo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose of the demo
The WhatsApp Agent Demo is intended to introduce potential customers to the capabilities of the Magic Agent. The demo generates quotations, artwork previews and product information based on your input. Quotations generated via the demo are non-binding.
2. Data collected
During use of the demo, the following data may be collected: • Name and contact details (name, email, phone number) • Company name and role • Logo files you upload • Chat messages and product preferences • WhatsApp phone number This data is used exclusively for: • Generating the quotation and artwork preview • Contacting you about the demo and our services • Improving our services
3. Use of data for contact
By using the WhatsApp Agent Demo, you consent to Magic e-VERSE / Apptractive Apps B.V. contacting you via: • WhatsApp (on the number you use for the demo) • Email (at the address you provided) • Phone (at the number you provided) This contact relates to the demo, follow-up on your quotation request, and information about our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time by indicating this via WhatsApp or email.
4. Retention period
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, with a maximum of 12 months after your last interaction. Chat sessions are automatically deleted after 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
